All the release orders/instructions and materials must reach at least 7 days prior to the first transmission date.

2.

All the long term deals to be supported and mutually signed contract between Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. and the clients or advertising agencies.

3.

Commercial schedules are subject to change in case of LIVE coverages/ breaking news or special events.

4.

Any missed spots will be made good in the immediate available space in the applicable time within 72 hrs.

5.

All the commercials will be carried subject to availability.

6.

All the commercials should be abided by all the advertising codes laid by the ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India from time to time. Necessary certificates must be produced on request by Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd.

7.

Commercials should be in multiple of 5 seconds and should not exceed the duration specified in the release order. For commercial exceeding the specified duration, bills will be raised at the next highest multiple of 5 seconds.

8.

Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change rates without any prior notice or introduce any new categories at any point of time.

9.

All the payments by political parties to be made in advance.

10.

The programme schedule can be changed by Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. without any prior notice.

11.

Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

12.

Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right of extending or withdrawing credit facility at any point of time.

13.

AII the payments to be made in favour of Pride East Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. payable at Guwahati.

14.

Taxes to be charged extra.

15.

Agencies or clients can deduct TDS on net bill amount against certificates.

16.

Credit facility can be extended only to the AAAI &IBF member agencies and clients only.

Any agency or clients outside the purview of point (16) mentioned above can not avail credit facility. These agencies/clients can pay on a monthly advance basis.
