GUWAHATI: A kid died after being hit by a sand-laden truck in Gandhibori area of Raha under Nagaon district.
The accident took place after the sand-laden truck bearing registration number AS-25-7869 that was going to Nagaon from Morigaon lost control and hit a boy on a bicycle.
The deceased has been identified as Lakshyajyoti Bora(7).
Police reached the spot immediately and recovered the kid’s body.
The body has been sent for post-mortem.
