GUWAHATI, Nov 24: Moran Police Sunday arrested a person for allegedly murdering his wife. The arrested accused named Dipak Majhi strangulated his wife after suspecting that she was maintaining an extra-marital relation.
Police said Majhi, a resident of Deodhai Bengali village of Moran, strangulated his wife as he accused her of maintaining an extra-marital relationship with a neighbour.
Majhi committed the crime yesterday and was arrested this morning after the incident came to light.
