GUWAHATI: A large number of people including Zubeen Garg’s fans and well-wishers gathered in front of Nemcare Hospital Guwahati on Friday night after he was admitted in the hospital after collapsing during an event at Guwahati Town Club.
A team of doctors are continuously monitoring Zubeen and he will be in ICU for 24 hours, informed a senior doctor of Nemcare Hospital.
Garima Saikia Garg told the media that Zubeen had been working very hard for past few days and he couldn’t rest properly. That is why he might have collapsed. She thanked Nemcare Hospital and the people of Assam for showing much love and care. She also assured that he is out of danger now.
Along with his fans, a number of people from the Assamese film Industry were seen praying and wishing Zubeen’s fast recovery.
Zarir Hussain, Chief Managing Editor, News Live visited Zubeen Garg and assured that doctors are taking good care and all examinations have shown positive results and the singer is now out of danger.
Assam CM Sarbananda wished Zubeen a quick and fast recovery. CM Sonowal wrote on twitter,”CM Shri @sarbanandsonwal expressed his concern at the news of popular singer Zubeen Garg being taken unwell and prayed for his speedy recovery.”
