GUWAHATI: Body of an infant has been dug out from Navagraha crematorium ground in Guwahati after the parents alleged laxity of the hospital for the death of the child.
The baby was born on January 8 at Swasti Hospital of Rangia. However, parents alleged that the newborn died on February 4 due to the negligence of the nursing home.
Meanwhile, police and administration dug out the body from Navagraha crematorium ground after the parents of the infant lodged a complaint at Rangia police station. The body has been sent for post-mortem for further investigation.
