Waiting at a traffic crossing Madhurjya says, “I have to wait for at least five minutes in this point on normal days, but as you can see in the video only a few cars can be seen today.”

He then goes ahead with his errand to the Supermarket for shopping and in between explains the procedures and precautions the Italy government has asked its residents to follow. Outside the supermarket, a long line of people can be seen who are maintaining a distance from each other using the shopping trolleys. A policeman could also be seen instructing in Italian to those standing in the queue.

Inside the supermarket, Mardhujya shows a sealed lift and says, “Use of lift has been prohibited as everyone is asked to maintain at least 1 metre of gap when they are walking in any public place. As it is not possible inside a lift so it has been sealed.”

In the video Madhurjya Neog can be seen loading grocery items in his car. He buys grocery and other household items for around Rs. 15,000 and is assured that it will last for another two weeks. The young scientist goes for this bulk purchase because it is not possible to go out every day due to fear of contamination. Italy has the highest rate of fastest infection among the countries where Coronavirus is creating havoc. He requests Indian people to maintain all kind of safety measures to prevent the Coronavirus disease.

As he reaches home he disinfects his jacket and during the ride back home, he uses a lighter to burn the 1 Euro coin he has, just to make sure there are no germs on it. He says he is doing it as Italy is highly infected and requests Indians to remain safe and careful.
