GUWAHATI: People in large number have already started to gather at the venue of Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Sankalp Samaroh at Dibrugarh today.
Besides Dibrugarh, tens of thousands from Tinsukia, Sivasagar and Charaideo attended the mega rally. Assam chief minister Sarbanada Sonowal, finance minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and state BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass will address the gathering.
The top echelons of the party will give clarion call for the Assam assembly election 2021.

Keeping the mega rally in mind, elaborate security arrangements have been made in and around Dibrugarh. Police will act tough if anyone resorts to road blockade or any undemocratic means to obstruct the rally, sources said.
